Returns Policy — Dr Melaxin

Thank you for shopping with Dr Melaxin. We want you to love your skincare products and feel confident with every purchase. If you experience any issue, we’re here to help.

Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are skincare and personal-use items, we can only accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • The product arrived damaged, defective, or leaking
  • You received the wrong item
  • Your order arrived incomplete

To qualify for a return or replacement, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide:

  • Your order number
  • A photo or video showing the issue
  • A brief explanation of the problem

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products without original packaging
  • Items purchased during clearance or promotion (unless damaged)

Refunds

Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time: 3–7 business days after approval
  • Shipping fees are not refundable unless the issue was our mistake

Replacements

If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund, we will ship the new item at no additional cost (for approved cases).

Order Issues

If your order is delayed, missing, or shows as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact us so we can open an investigation with the carrier.
