Description
What it is
Necklinephalt is a small, concentrated neck treatment from Dr. Melaxin, designed for the horizontal lines that form across the neck rather than for the whole neck area. It comes in a 20 ml tube and is applied directly along the lines. Its signature is the combination of spicules, the microscopic sponge-derived particles the brand also uses in its pink spicule serum, with bakuchiol, a plant ingredient often presented as a gentle retinol alternative. The brand also highlights Linefill, a patented ingredient it uses for a fuller, smoother look. It is the targeted sibling of the richer Necksphalt ECM Ceramide Neck Cream.
Key ingredients
- Hydrolyzed sponge (spicules): micro particles that give a light tingle and that the brand uses to help actives penetrate the lines.
- Bakuchiol: a plant-derived ingredient used for the look of lines and firmness, often chosen as a gentler alternative to retinol.
- Five ceramides (NP, AS, NS, AP, EOS): barrier lipids for the thin, dry skin of the neck.
- Niacinamide, arbutin and glutathione: for a more even-looking tone, useful where neck lines look darker.
- Adenosine, hydrolyzed collagen and hydrolyzed elastin: for the look of wrinkles and a firmer feel.
- Baobab seed oil, Irish moss extract and sodium hyaluronate: nourishment and hydration.

Who it suits
Necklinephalt suits people whose main neck concern is visible lines rather than overall dryness or sagging. Because it is a small tube used on the lines only, it fits easily into an existing routine; you can apply it first and then a neck cream on top for comfort. Its bakuchiol and spicule pairing is a gentler option for people who find retinoids too irritating on the neck.
Who should be careful
For external use only. Do not use on broken, sunburned or irritated skin, and avoid the eye area. Avoid combining it on the same night with retinoids, acid peels or other spicule products. People with very reactive skin or eczema on the neck should check with a dermatologist first. Stop if burning or lasting redness occurs.
Patch test first. Apply a small amount to the inner forearm or behind the ear and wait 24 to 48 hours before using it on the neck.

Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between Necklinephalt and Necksphalt?
Necklinephalt is a small 20 ml spot treatment for the lines themselves, with spicules and bakuchiol. Necksphalt is a 50 ml rich cream for the whole neck, built around peptides and ceramides. They can be used together: Necklinephalt on the lines, Necksphalt over the whole neck.
Is bakuchiol the same as retinol?
No. Bakuchiol is a plant ingredient that is often compared to retinol for the look of lines, but it is generally better tolerated and can be used morning and night.
Will it remove deep neck lines?
No cream removes deep lines. With consistent use, a targeted treatment can make them look softer and the skin feel smoother.
Why does it tingle?
The tingle comes from the spicules. It is expected and should fade quickly; strong burning is a sign to rinse it off and stop.
