Is it a peel-off mask or a rinse-off mask?
Both, in a way: it dries into a film that you peel off in the morning, then you rinse off anything left behind.
Can I use it every night?
Because it contains retinol, kojic acid and vitamin C, start with two or three nights a week and increase only if your skin stays comfortable.
Will it stain my pillow?
Once fully dry, the film stays put. Wait until it is no longer tacky before lying down.
Who should be careful
Kojic acid, vitamin C and retinol together can sting reactive or freshly exfoliated skin. Avoid the eye and lip areas, do not apply to broken or inflamed skin, and wear sunscreen the next day. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, ask your doctor before using retinol products.
Patch test first: apply a little to the inner forearm or behind the ear and wait 24 to 48 hours before using it on your face.
