No. Melaxin.ca is an independent guide. You buy on the retailer you choose (Amazon.ca, Amazon.com or another store), and that retailer handles the price, payment, shipping and delivery.
Contact the retailer you ordered from, for example through your Amazon "Your Orders" page. Melaxin.ca has no access to orders or payments.
No. Melaxin.ca is not the brand, not an authorized reseller and has no customer service for Dr. Melaxin orders. Use the contact page of the brand’s official website for brand questions.
Buy from the brand’s official store or listings sold by Amazon or well-reviewed sellers, and check the packaging, batch code and seal on arrival. Our authenticity guide explains the red flags.
Start with one product that targets your main concern, patch test it for 24 to 48 hours, then add steps slowly. Our order-of-use and beginner routine guides show where each step goes.
Melaxin.ca does not show prices. Amazon.ca shows Canadian dollars and Amazon.com shows US dollars; the final price, taxes and shipping appear on the retailer’s checkout page.
